I feed my (almost 4 year-old) Frenchman, Fergus, 100% Raw Protein Diet. He eats ground protein, bone-in, strictly. He used to eat kibble but was overweight and suffered from horrible allergies. I researched the raw diet and consulted with his vet and made the switch two years ago. Prior to feeding him raw he was at the vet's almost every month. Now he has never been healthier and happier and only goes to the vet for routine stuff. He eats raw ground chicken, duck, turkey, pork, green tripe, turkey necks, beaver (seasonal) and muskrat (seasonal). I order 5 months worth of food at a time. It is delivered on dry ice from My Pet Carnivore Indianapolis and I store it in a deep freezer and thaw as needed. We also share a banana every morning for breakfast and he gets two handfuls of skinny pop popcorn a day and cheez-its. In between he enjoys bully sticks and Himalayan chews (which he fashions into cheese shanks - haha)! Pictured: Color "before"(kibble-fed) and B &W "after"(raw fed) shot of Fergus, him sitting like a gentleman awaiting his raw breakfast, Ferg working on a bully stick. Thanks for the opportunity to share my baby's diet. And please give Beth kisses from us!!! We adore her.
